Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TieMoment (“we”, “us”) to build and share an invitation. By creating an account or publishing an invitation, you agree to them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and invitation, and for anything published under it. Premium designs are a one-time purchase per invitation, as shown at checkout.

You can upload photos and background music to personalize your invitation. By uploading anything, you confirm that:

• you own it, or you have the right and license to use it this way, and
• uploading it and sharing it with your guests through TieMoment doesn’t infringe anyone else’s copyright or other rights.

This applies with particular force to background music. Commercially released songs are protected by copyright even when you’re only sharing them with wedding guests, and uploading a copy of one you don’t hold the rights to is your responsibility, not ours — you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload. If you’d rather not worry about this, some templates let you link a song from a streaming platform instead of uploading a file; that plays through the platform’s own licensed player rather than a copy hosted by us.

You keep ownership of what you upload. You’re only giving us the right to host and display it as part of your invitation, to you and the guests you share it with.

If you believe an invitation on TieMoment uses your copyrighted work without permission, contact us at the address below with a description of the work, the location of the content, and your contact information, and we’ll investigate and remove it where appropriate.

RSVP information a guest submits (name, contact details, response) is shared with the couple whose invitation they’re responding to, so they can plan their event. See the Privacy Policy for the details.

We aim to keep TieMoment reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use TieMoment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
